Act It Out – Weekly Exercises for Seniors

Don’t hit anything in arm’s or leg’s reach.
Don’t fling anything (rings, shoes, etc.)
Do only what is appropriate and healthy for you.

This exercise combines movement and imagination while seated. This is an audio program which engages the mind more than a video. Each weekly adventure will focus on a theme and activities around that theme – from the zoo, to art school, to the beach.
